AGE

Age recommendation for play at Playday is 0-6 years old.  

SUPERVISION

Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times whether they choose to do so from within the play floor or the sitting area. We do not allow parents to leave their children unattended in the space. This is to ensure children do not hurt themselves and are following the play space rules.

Food and drink are not allowed on the play floor and must stay in the cafe seating area. The designated Crawler Corner is only for crawlers and babies who are just starting to walk. Toys are not allowed on the climbing structure. Toys in the sensory area must remain in the sensory area. Toys and games are expected to be use in a correct and respectful manner. Families abusing the equipment may be asked to leave.

SHOES

Each participant (parents/guardians & children) must remove their shoes and wear socks inside the play area.

SICK POLICY

We care about keeping our community safe. Please do not bring your child to Playday if they are sick, contagious or showing other symptoms of an illness. If your child is recovering from a virus, remember that standard procedure calls for a 24 hours FEVER FREE period, without the aid of medication, once the fever breaks. Your child may visit Playday only after he/she has been free from signs of illness or symptoms for at least 24 hours.

SCHEDULE & CLOSINGS

Playday is open seven days a week. Any changes in schedule due to holidays, other special events, inclement weather etc. are published on our website and on our social media outlets. 

BELONGINGS

Playday is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Unclaimed items left behind are periodically donated.
